DAMAGED ORDERS

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the shipping box and damaged product. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or exchange based on product availability.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

To help ensure your order arrives safely, Doanestead reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery for select shipments.

Because of this, temperature fluctuations, shipping delays, and storage conditions may affect product consistency, texture, or appearance. These natural variations do not impact the intended use of the product and are not considered defects.
