Each loaf is built from a living starter, hand-shaped and long-fermented for that signature crackling crust and open, tangy crumb. Flavors rotate weekly—think everything from plain country loaf to maple pecan, jalapeño-cheddar, everything or hot honey asiago.

We use King Arthur special patent flour which contains unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, & folic acid. As well, as Redmond Real salt.

Please note: These breads are produced in a kitchen where wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, milk, and other common allergens are regularly present. Shared ovens, surfaces, and ambient flour mean cross-contact is possible. Not recommended for those with celiac disease or food allergies.

Artisan Sourdough Focaccia

Crispy, golden edges give way to an impossibly airy, open crumb with the signature tang of slow-fermented sourdough. Each slab is dimpled by hand, creating perfect pools of fragrant olive oil.

Rosemary Garlic: fresh rosemary, flaky sea salt & fresh garlic.

Everything: Everything bagel seasoning - sesame seeds, salt, garlic, onion, black sesame seeds, & poppy seeds.
